E-learning · SCORM
Inductions people can work through on their own device.
Bidlow turns long training videos and documents into short interactive modules, with narration, captions, activities and an assessment, packaged for the LMS you already use.
Who it is for
Built from the training you already have.
Many inductions are a long video or a slide deck: hard to follow on a phone, hard to track. Breaking it into short modules with a check at the end of each is designed to make it easier to complete and to evidence.
We mark every fact the business needs to confirm, and ask them to check it before the course is used. Local detail stays with a supervisor rather than being guessed.
The course is packaged as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004, so it reports completion and scores to your LMS. Where you need more than a course, such as journeys, check-ins and manager sign-off, that is scoped as a learning system.
Recognise the situation?
When the induction does not fit how people learn.
The induction is one long video nobody can skip through.
Completion is recorded on paper or not at all.
Staff need the content in more than one language.
The LMS needs a SCORM package, not a file link.
How we approach it.
The process before the technologyBreak the source material into modules, screens and checks that match the business process.
Choose knowledge checks, sorting, ordering, spot-the-risk and branching scenarios that fit each topic.
Build SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages and test keyboard, mobile, resume and reporting in SCORM test runtimes.
Possible project scope
A focused set of deliverables.
These are examples of what we can scope, rather than claims about completed projects.
- Narrated modules with captions and transcripts
- Knowledge checks, sorting, ordering, spot-the-risk and branching scenarios
- Final assessment and printable certificate
- SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages, tested for keyboard, mobile and resume
Test it the way learners will use it.
Courses are tested with keyboard-only completion, on mobile, for resume after a break, and against SCORM 1.2 and 2004 runtimes before they are handed over. Tell us about the training on the contact page.

Useful questions
Before you get in touch.
Will it work in our LMS?
It should, if your LMS supports SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004. Courses are packaged in both, and a test upload in your LMS is recommended before wider rollout.
Can learners use a phone?
Yes. Modules are built for phones, tablets and desktop.
Can it be in other languages?
Translation can be scoped. Translation of training content has been built before; see Our Work for an example.
Do you write the content?
We restructure what you have, and ask you to confirm the facts.
Who updates it later?
That is agreed in scope: updates can stay in-house, or Bidlow can maintain the course.
