This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and sets no application cookies of its own.

Your project brief

While you use the guide, your project type and answers are saved in this browser’s local storage so a refresh does not wipe them. That copy is kept for up to seven days, or until you discard it or your enquiry is sent. Choosing “Use in my enquiry” also places the brief in this tab’s session storage, and in local storage if session storage is unavailable, for up to 30 minutes. The contact page shows that brief and then removes the transfer copy. An unsent enquiry, including the contact details you type, is kept in this browser for up to 24 hours so a failed send or a refresh does not clear it. It is removed after a successful send. Nothing is sent to Bidlow until you choose Send enquiry.

Optional services

The booking button opens Calendly in a separate tab. Calendly provides its own privacy and cookie controls there. The enquiry form contacts Formspree only when you choose to send your message.

The default spoken questions are pre-generated audio files hosted with this website. Alternative reading voices and speech input use your browser’s voice features. Depending on your browser, a speech provider may process audio online. Voice starts only through the controls you select, and typing is always available.
